What Toru is

Toru is a media streaming infrastructure service. You submit content identifiers (magnet links / info hashes); we cache and serve them as direct HTTPS streams to your authorized devices.

Acceptable use

• · You must own or have permission to access any content you submit.
• · No CSAM, illegal content under your jurisdiction, or content under active takedown.
• · No abusive scripted access, no resale of your account, no IP-bypass schemes.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime — service continues through the paid period. Lifetime is non-refundable after 14 days. Refunds for monthly/yearly are at our discretion within 30 days.

Liability

Toru is provided "as is". We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but make no guarantees during beta. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear in repeat DMCA takedowns. You may delete your account anytime from settings — all stored data evicts within 24 hours.
